Mechanical Contracting
Plumbing – CMI can handle industrial and commercial projects of various sizes, and we are licensed in Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee jurisdictions.
HVAC Piping – CMI has the capabilities to design, coordinate, and install heating and chilled water piping. We have installed heating and cooling equipment of various sizes.
Industrial Process Piping – CMI provides industrial process piping capabilities to a wide variety of clients. We are able to design and install systems for any application. We have worked with industrial customers in many states and have the ability to mobilize our workforce anywhere.
Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants – CMI has been a general contractor and subcontractor on numerous treatment plants in the Southeast. We have worked with many municipalities to install treatment systems and have achieved a great deal of respect in the industry. We have completed projects of varying sizes from small upgrades to multi-million dollar new plants.
Pipe Fabrication – CMI utilizes our pipe fabrication shop to fabricate pipe for internal and external clients. We have MIG, TIG, SAW, and orbital welding capabilities and are able to fabricate carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, inconel, and chrome piping. In addition to welding capabilities, we fabricate plumbing, structural steel, and modular systems.
